Its body and cap nut are made of polyamide material that's resistant to impact and abrasion, making it suitable for use in harsh environments. This unit provides strain relief to cables, prolonging their lifespan by preventing them from twisting at angles that can damage them. For electrical safety, its CR (chloroprene rubber) sealing ring and NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber) O-ring prevent air or moisture from getting into your enclosures.
