RS PRO 3.6 V Lithium Thionyl Chloride C Battery With Standard Terminal Type

Thanks to its high energy density, this size C lithium-thionyl chloride battery from RS PRO delivers reliable performance over an extended period. Its self-discharge rate is also extremely low, at less than 1% per year, giving it a very long shelf life when not in use.
The battery is compatible with a range of common devices and it's fitted with standard terminals for versatile use. You can also use this kind of battery at a wide range of temperatures – anything from -55˚C to +85˚C. It's hermetically sealed, meaning you can store it for more than 15 years without deterioration.
The chemistry of a lithium-thionyl chloride battery makes it especially suited to use in low-power applications that are serviced infrequently, such as memory and standby power, intelligence instruments and offshore site instrumentation.
