This beacon from WERMA will do the job by emitting a steady signal using an incandescent or LED bulb as its light source. It's designed to be used in a static installation and mounts to a panel through a standard 22.5mm hole. The lens is easy to remove for bulb replacement.

What's an incandescent bulb?

Werma Static Installation Beacon - 206 Series

The 206 Series from Werma is a static installation beacon designed for mounting in panels or enclosures and is secured using a central fastening nut. The beacons are supplied without a bulb. The units can also be fitted with an LED lamp if desired.
