The STMicroelectronics Compact 65 W Active Clamp Flyback Converter is designed to evaluate the STACF01A ACF controller for USB Power Delivery applications. It supports universal AC input and delivers selectable output voltages from 5 V to 20 V, making it suitable for a wide range of consumer and industrial electronics. With MasterGaN1L on the primary side and SRK1004D synchronous rectification on the secondary, the board achieves high efficiency and low standby power consumption in a Compact footprint.
Universal AC input voltage range from 90 to 264 VAC at 47 to 63 Hz
Maximum output power capability of 65 W
Selectable output voltage options of 5 V 9 V 15 V and 20 VDC
Peak efficiency of 93 percent at full load with 90 VAC input
Stand by power consumption of 60 mW at 115 VAC and 68 mW at 230 VAC with 5 V output
Compact design dimensions of 60 x 35 x 22 mm with power density of 23 W per Cubic inch
