RS PRO Air Hose

The RS PRO air hose is designed for use in welding applications, where tubing is likely to come in contact with weld spatter and sparks. It is specifically built to carry air, gases, some liquids, dry powders and granules. The inside diameter of hose is 6.5mm and outside diameter of hose is 10mm. The maximum operating pressure is 7.5bar.

Features and Benefits

• Withstands weld spatter and sparks

• Made from pneumatic polyurethane tubing covered in 1mm of flame retardant PVC.The flame retardant cover increases the overall OD by 2mm and it needs to be removed for pneumatic connections.

• Inner tube is manufactured from 100% ester based polyurethane, with no plasticisers

• Outer tube is flame retardant and self-extinguishing, avoiding the need for expensive metallic braided pipes

• Extremely durable

• Resistant to most solvents, alkalis, oils, greases, petroleum products, fungi, moulds and dilute acids (mineral and organic)
