This Air hose is a flexible polyurethane tube designed to deliver compressed Air within pneumatic systems used in automation and mechanical settings. It is supplied on a 20 m reel and is suited to general pneumatic conveyance where a lightweight, easy-to-handle hose is required. The product is presented in white and conforms to RoHS requirements for restricted substances.

Polyurethane offers enhanced resistance to repetitive flexing and surface wear, reducing the likelihood of fatigue failure in dynamic routing compared with some softer elastomers.

The 4mm external diameter permits passage through tight cable ducts and gland plates, but ensure bend radii comply with supplier guidance to avoid kinking.

Continuous exposure near −20 °C or 60 °C can alter flexibility

Unwind progressively to prevent twist-induced stress and support the hose along long runs to avoid unsupported sagging that could cause premature wear.
