The Fischer Elektronik Thermally Conductive Adhesive is a solvent-free, two-part epoxy adhesive filled with aluminium oxide for excellent thermal conductivity. It consists of a hardener and resin in a 1:1 ratio, applied with a static mixing tube. The adhesive container can be locked via the Luer-Lock system for easy storage and usage. It offers good working properties and is available in various package sizes and container types upon request.
