RS PRO Glass Fibre Pencil, 2 mm
Prepare and maintain surfaces simply and effectively with this RS PRO glass fibre pencil. Its narrow cylinder shape lets you reach recesses, corners and other less accessible areas to remove rust, burrs or other imperfections with its abrasive tip.
The inside of the pencil is composed of lightweight fibreglass strands, which are strong and sturdy enough to perform well on demanding materials without being too bulky or heavy. It has an ergonomic clutch-pen construction, with a small thumb-operated thrust at the top that allows you to expose more or less of the strands, according to the specific demands of your task. The shorter the strands that are exposed, the more abrasive the cleaning action.
This glass fibre pencil is suitable for cleaning and finishing metal, plastic and wood surfaces. It's regularly used in construction, industrial manufacturing and machining applications.
