3M Ceramic Sanding Disc, 115mm Diameter, 22mm Bore - 787C Series - 7100099791

This high-performance sanding disc from 3M is made with a precision-shaped grain that wears evenly. It has a grinding aid incorporated to keep the disc cool, prolong its working life and enable working on heat-sensitive alloys without warping the workpiece. The grit is strongly resin-bonded to the stiff fibre backing to resist tearing. This wheel is an ideal choice for applications such as removing steel welds, edge chamfering and machining grooves. Its reliable cutting effectiveness minimises the grinding pressure needed, reducing user fatigue.

• Supplied in a pack of 25 for a lasting supply
• Premium mineral meets the demands of heavyweight grinding
• Maximum safe speed of 13,300rpm enables high-speed working
• Long-lasting abrasive reduces costs
• Completes more parts than conventional ceramic discs

Applications
