    Partnerships

At RS, our partnerships are key to empowering the next generation of engineers and innovators. By collaborating with Professional Engineering Institutions, universities, young innovators, and social impact organisations, we expand our reach, discover new talent, and foster the skills and responsibility needed in today's industry. Through these strategic alliances, we're committed to shaping a brighter, more sustainable future for all.

    Engineers Without Borders

    Engineers Without Borders

We proudly support Engineers Without Borders, a global movement dedicated to cultivating a new generation of socially responsible engineers. Our partnership covers the UK and USA, where we collaborate on initiatives like the Engineering for People Design Challenge.. Through these programs, we help inspire engineers to influence their companies and peers, driving positive change towards a fairer, greener, and safer world.

    TWMP

    The Washing Machine Project

Our first global social impact partner, who has developed an affordable off-grid washing machine that saves time, water and effort. The aim is to improve the lives of women in developing nations by freeing up time for them to do other things – such as education, which can be used to improve the wellbeing and livelihoods of women across the developing world. In the first three years of our partnership, we have improved the lives of over 31,000 people in 10 countries across the world.

    IMECHE

    Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE)

We are proud to partner with the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE), an independent professional association representing over 120,000 engineers across 140 countries. As sponsors of their prestigious Formula Student competition in the UK, we support aspiring engineers through our Build Fund. This fund provides student teams with the essential tools and components needed to bring their innovative projects to life, helping to shape the future of engineering.
