Blanking Plugs
Blanking plugs, also known as blanking caps or blind plugs, are simple devices used to seal off or block unused openings or ports in various systems and equipment. They are typically small, cylindrical components made of various materials such as plastic, metal, or rubber, designed to fit snugly into openings to prevent the ingress of dust, debris, moisture, or contaminants.
Blanking plugs come in various sizes and designs to fit specific applications. Some may have a hexagonal or knurled head for easy installation and removal, while others may have a more specialised design to suit the particular system they are used in. Additionally, they can be used in a wide range of industries, including automotive, plumbing, electronics, and manufacturing, among others.
