Need to remove the sheaths from electrical cabling? This wire stripper from Phoenix Contact is a bare necessity. It's a real all-rounder that lets you cut down on unnecessary stripping tools. Use it to peel the insulation off solid cables with a cross-section of up to 1.5mm² and from stranded options in sizes up to 6mm². With the cores exposed, you can add a connector, terminal or second cable.
To get started, simply insert your wire into the tool's notch, which will automatically adjust to the correct width. Squeeze firmly on the handles before sliding the wire stripper off the cable. This lets you cut and remove the sheath without damaging the metal cores.
