RS PRO Mild Steel Wire, 1 mm Diameter


Use this mild steel wire from RS PRO for metal inert gas (MIG) welding. It melts quickly for a quick, efficient weld but is strong once cooled, making for a firm and reliable join almost instantly.


This component is easy to use. Simply feed the wire into your weld gun from the 15 kg spool. The wire has a 1 mm diameter, so it's suitable for minor repairs and small joints. It won't create chipping or excess slag, and the small size enables a delicate weld for a clean join.
