This duplex water softener is made of two high-quality resin vessels that alternate service, so you'll still be able to use it when one vessel needs to be regenerated. As water passes through, the resin filters calcium ions and limescale and exchanges them for sodium ions, ensuring your water is soft and free from limescale. This ion exchange is one of the most in-demand technologies for treating hard water nowadays.

This unit provides a continuous supply of soft water and is particularly suitable for applications with variable or inconsistent water usage. You can see water softeners like this one commonly used with dishwashers, washing machines and autoclaves in hospitals, hotels, restaurants as well as commercial kitchens.
