The Microchip Voltage detector optimized for battery-powered and low-power applications. It features ultra-low operating current and compact surface-mount packaging, making it ideal for space-constrained designs. Each device is laser-trimmed to a specific threshold voltage, which can be selected between 1.4 V and 6.0 V with ±2% accuracy. The output remains high while the input voltage is above the threshold, and switches low when it drops below, with built-in hysteresis to prevent chatter.

Wide detection range is 1.1 V to 6.0 V

Wide operating voltage range is 0.7 V to 10 V
