MCP1827 Low Dropout Voltage Regulator

The Microchip MCP1827 is a Low Dropout (LDO) Voltage Regulator that operates from an input of 2.3 V to 6.0 V while delivering up to 1.5 A of current. The device offers a low quiescent current of 120 μA and only 1 μF of output capacitance is sufficient to stabilise the output.

The MCP1804 has a Power Good output and a Current Foldback protection features.

Features

1.5A Output Current Capability
