SMC for use with ZK2 Series Vacuum Ejectors Vacuum Generator

This vacuum generator provides a Compact pneumatic solution for automated handling and suction tasks within industrial systems. Designed for integration with compatible ejector modules, it combines a two-stage vacuum production method with integrated valves and an electronic pressure switch to manage suction and release operations in assembly and pick-and-place equipment.

It operates from a DC supply of 12 to 24V with protection against reverse connection and a maximum ripple of 10% p-p.

Two indicator lights illuminate when outputs activate with OUT1 shown as green and OUT2 as red while a 3½-digit LED displays measured pressure.

The unit functions between −5 and 50 °C and is rated for 35 to 85% RH without condensation

Output response can be as fast as 2.5 MS and includes selectable anti-chattering delays of 20 to 2000 MS to prevent false switching.

Valves are pilot-operated poppet types with poppet seals, N.C. actuation for both supply and release, and a valve power draw of 0.4 W.
