The NewLink USB 3.0 A male to USB A female active cable with 10 metre length has a black PVC jack. The connectors and pins are made from nickel and also have ABS hoods. The cable flex has copper wire conductors and drain wire, with an aluminium braid, foil shielding and has an outer diameter of 5mm. It is used to extend USB cables to connect a device such as printers, scanners and some external hard drives to a computer.
