RS PRO SPDT 16 A Capillary Thermostat, Manual Reset


Do you need to regulate temperatures in a narrow heating range? This capillary thermostat from RS PRO gives you greater control over temperatures in both household and commercial systems.

With an operating temperature range of +90°C to +110°C, it gives users precision control for settings. The main bulb of the thermostat is fully separated from the contact head by a 1 mm capillary. When the capillary breaks, the circuit will be safely cut off. The safety limit thermostat must then be manually reset to restore the electrical circuit.

This kind of capillary thermostat is used to control temperatures in systems such as hot-water cylinders by monitoring the surface temperature of the tank or on the adjacent pipework.

Mounting the unit is easy and adjustable with the chrome mounting bezel and knob.
