The Jumo 1 Pole Mechanical Panel Mounting Thermostat is very robust due to its zinc-plated sheet steel case and can also be used in rough conditions. It operates according to the fluid expansion principle and can be used up to a maximum permissible probe temperature of 230°C without any problems. The electrical connection is made at the tab connectors (A 6.3 x 0.8 DIN 46244) of the switching unit, which can directly switch a maximum permissible switching capacity of AC 230 V/16. The thermostat has a switching differential (hysteresis) of approx. 5 K and automatically switches back to the original state after the temperature has fallen below the switch off temperature by this value. The temperature controller is very flexible and is used in heating, air conditioning and ventilation technology as well as in the plastics industry, apparatus and furnace construction and for temperature monitoring in laboratories and climatic chambers.

PVC protection tube covers first 460 mm from switch head

Switch head fixed with two M4 x 28 screws and fixing bracket
Optional set point adjuster allows easy setting of desired switch off temperature
High switching point accuracy of +/-3 percent in upper third of scale
No additional auxiliary energy required for temperature measurement
