RS PRO Thermal Interface Sheet, 1.4 W/m·K, 150 x 150 mm x 0.45 mm

Use this insulating thermal interface sheet from the RS PRO range to provide insulation between heatsinks and components in your electronic systems. It's ideal to use when there are rough or uneven surfaces that make other forms of insulation difficult to use.

The material used for this product includes fibreglass, which has excellent thermal conductivity and is soft and highly compressible. It's also non-conductive, so it will protect your components and printed circuit boards (PCBs) against electrical discharge. This feature also minimises the risk of fire, keeping your application safe against wear and ensuring a long product life.

This sheet is Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) compliant, so it contains only minimal amounts of any harmful substances. Sheets like this one are often used in flat panel displays, computer hard drives and central processing units (CPUs).
