RS PRO Thermal Interface Sheet, 1.4 W/m·K, 150 x 150 x 0.18 mm

This RS PRO self-adhesive insulating thermal gap pad provides effective electrical insulation between heatsinks and other components in your electronic application. You can use it where uneven or rough surfaces prevent you from using other forms of insulation.
The product material includes fibreglass which is soft, highly compressible and has good thermal conductivity. It's electrically non-conductive so you can be sure the pad will insulate your printed circuit boards (PCBs) and components against electrical discharge. It also helps you protect your application from wear caused by high temperatures, extending its service life and eliminating the risk of fire.
This sheet complies with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) criteria so you can be sure it contains only trace amounts of any harmful substances. You can see pads like this one commonly used in flat panel displays, computer hard drives and central processing units (CPU) as well as in wireless communication hardware.
