RS PRO 8W/mK Silicone Thermal Interface Pad (300 x 200 x 2mm)
Use this RS PRO thermal gap pad to prevent damage to your components caused by excess heat from printed circuit boards (PCBs). It becomes soft and pliable when exposed to heat and fills gaps to ensure continued conductivity while protecting your equipment.
The self-adhesive side allows you to quickly affix the pad with minimal effort. You can be assured that the silicone base is flame-retardant and provides insulation to prevent the outbreak of electrical fires.
Suitable for use in a wide range of application including battery packs or housings, power supplies or connectors, automotive ECU (electronic control units), microprocessors, displays and consumer electronics.
