RS PRO 2 mm Pitch Spring Test Probe With Needle Tip, 3 A
When it comes to safely testing out contacts in an electrical circuit, this pitch spring test probe is an essential piece of kit. The probe consists of a spring, a plunger and a tubular barrel. It's been designed to be wired into a receptacle, which can then be housed. Separating the probe and the receptacle in this way allows you to easily replace or repair it in case of damage.
The probe is 16.35 mm in length, allowing you to use its spring-loaded needle tip to safely test contacts from a distance. It's made of a strong and resilient phosphor bronze material. Its gold-plated finish enhances this further whilst also offering excellent conductivity for reliable testing.
You'll typically see this probe used to test printed circuit boards (PCBs ) and electrical components. It can also be used to test batteries and consumer electronics devices such as tablets.
