Ideally suited for grounding plastic components during painting. Uses BU-118 stainless steel clips and 3/64″ (1.2mm) stainless steel wire rope.

The AI-000422 was specifically designed as an industrial grounding cable for painting plastic components. It has smooth jaws on each clip to prevent damage and to allow rapid removal.

Constructed with Φ 3/64” (1.2mm) 304 stainless steel wire rope.

Clips are BU-118. The flat nose of the jaws are parallel with each other at a distance of .11” (2.8mm) and have a max jaw opening of .3” (7.6mm) Made from 304 stainless steel for easy cleanup.

Length: The wire length is 18” (46cm).
