Mueller Crocodile Clip Insulators


The Mueller's insulator is for miniature plier-type clip. It is a protective flexible vinyl insulator for BU-46. The material used is polyvinyl chloride for insulation. The length of the insulator is 43.18mm. It is available in black and red colours. The large versions of these clips, called automotive clips or battery clamps, are made of solid copper. For low electrical resistance, it is used with thick insulated copper cables to make connections between automobile batteries.
