RS PRO NH Centred Tag Fuses

From the trusted brand RS PRO, a range for NH centred tag fuses designed for general purpose use. These fast-acting fuses protect sensitive components when overload and surges are detected. An NH fuse is the commonly used fuse with conductors offering the best possible protection due to the fast opening times.

Upon inspection, the fuses are constructed with a fuse the element inside a rectangular ceramic casing, end plates with metal blade terminals on either end, and extraction lugs. The RS PRO LSPN series offer a voltage rating of 415 V ac with options in current rating. Installation is quick and easy and complies with the fuse standard IEC 60269-2.

Also known as;

  • Knife blade fuse

  • DIN NH blade fuse

Why is a fuse important?

The main purpose of a fuse is to offer circuit protection by acting as the weakest link in the system. It is designed to fail when overloads occur. It’s safer and cheaper to replace a solitary fuse than to replace electrical components within the system.
