The DiodesZetex Surface Mount High Voltage Low Leakage Diode is housed in an SOD123 package made of moulded plastic, with a UL flammability rating of 94V-0. It has a moisture sensitivity level of 1, per J-STD-020. The terminals are solderable according to MIL-STD-202, Method 208, and feature lead free plating with a matte tin finish over an Alloy 42 lead frame. The diode is marked with a cathode band for polarity and has an approximate weight of 0.01 grams.
