Murata DMF Series EDLC Super Capacitor
DMF series EDLC super capacitor with a high power output and high energy of 5.5V, a wide operating temperature range of -30 to +70°C, low ESR of 40mΩ to 60mΩ, ESR change @ -30°C < twice the normal ESR and a low leakage current and a long life cycle exceeding 100k cycles. This DMF series EDLC super capacitor offers a range of benefits including levelling the high peak load up to hundreds of milli-seconds, quick charge and discharge of high energy and providing maintenance-free energy storage with flexible charge. Typical applications for this DMF EDLC capacitor include peak power assist (eg LED flash), backup applications (eg solid state drives), energy harvesting systems and battery peak load levelling (eg tablet PCs, fuel cells, power tools).
