The Alliance Memory Low Power CMOS is static random access memory organized as 131,072 words by 8 bits. It is fabricated using high-performance, high-reliability CMOS technology with stable standby current across the operating temperature range. The AS6C1008L is designed for low power system applications, particularly suited for battery backup non-volatile memory. It operates from a single power supply of 2.7V to 5.5V, and all inputs and outputs are fully TTL compatible.
