Clifford & Snell Red Sounder Beacon, 24V DC, 108dB - YL40 Series - YL40/D50/R/RN/WR
Use this sounder beacon from Clifford & Snell as a signalling tool for a range of industrial applications. This multi-purpose beacon has a xenon bulb that produces a bright light that's easy to see, even from a distance. The red lens colour provides a clear visual warning of an emergency, and its strobe effect attracts attention easily for improved safety. It also produces clearly audible sounds as its electronic sounder reaches 108dB (decibels) in a 1m range. The stainless steel fixings are corrosion-resistant for use in harsh environments and allow you to mount the sounder beacon securely on the wall.

Is this sounder fireproof?
This sounder has UL94 HB and UL94 5VB ratings from Underwriters' Laboratories, meaning it burns slowly and stops burning after 60 seconds. This means it's flame-retardant, so it will help to stop the spread of flames in the event of a fire.
