The Teng Tools 1400M series is a 1/4" drive mini palm ratchet. The handle is designed for use in the palm of the hand and it is ideal for use in confined spaces. It can be used with an extension bar to create a ratcheting T bar. It has 45 teeth giving 8 degree increments between clicks for use in confined spaces.
