A sound output of 88dB at 1m means the beacon is easy to hear in noisy workplaces. Mounting is a cinch, as the module simply stacks on top of a signalling beacon (455-3306). As you can adjust the volume setting between 10 and 100%, the unit gives you flexible signalling.

Note

Windows 7 users may find that audio files don't play first time once downloaded onto the module, however reconnecting the device to the PC and then safely removing the device resolves this problem. Also these devices do not support .ogg file formats (files must be in an mp3 sound file format).
