Use this screw from Rittal to secure plastic guide rails to your enclosure assemblies. Thanks to its self-tapping technology, the screw creates its own hole, so you don't need to drill a pilot hole before installing. Its load-carrying flank angle design and recessed thread root mean it displaces material quickly to avoid destructive stripping when boring into thermoplastics. This also helps you avoid jams or excess torque, which can crack your thermoplastic surface.
