The 3M Scotch-Weld Preformed Sealant 5313 is a tough, synthetic rubber adhesive. The adhesive strength of Sealant 5313 is sufficient to cause cohesive failure of the sealant before loss of adhesion to the substrate when the product is subjected to high tensile stress.
