The Vishay GL34 series surface mount Schottky rectifier exhibit very low forward voltage drop with low leakage current. It use in general purpose rectification of power supplies, inverters, converters and freewheeling diodes for consumer, automotive and telecommunication. It has superectifier structure for high reliability condition and used patented glass-plastic encapsulation technique.
