Ixxat CAN@net NT 100 – CAN-Ethernet Gateway, PC-CAN Interface and CAN-Ethernet-CAN Bridge in one device
The Ixxat CAN@net NT 100 is a multifunctional device equipped with one CAN channel, providing three operation modes: Gateway, Bridge and PC Interface. It can act as a gateway between CAN and Ethernet systems, providing easy and flexible access to two independent systems via LAN or over the Internet.
As a CAN-Ethernet-CAN bridge, the CAN@net NT 100 enables the exchange of CAN messages across long distances using TCP/IP, leveraging existing Ethernet infrastructures. The segmentation of CAN systems also increases the reliability and fail-safety of the overall system.
The device allows advanced message handling with filtering, ID translation, and data mapping, and can trigger automatic actions based on predefined events. Built-in MQTT functionality supports direct cloud integration, while galvanic isolation protects against voltage spikes, ensuring robust operation in demanding industrial environments. The device can be easily configured through USB or Ethernet using an intuitive Windows tool.
