The iwis antriebssystemes gmbh Roller Chain is primarily used in the food and beverage industry or in applications where regular cleaning of the chains is required. The materials used in these chains make them suitable for use in both acidic and alkaline environments. Stainless steel chains comply with ISO 606 standards and are interchangeable with standard chains. All chain components are made from 1.4301 / AISI 304 stainless steel. Additionally, all stainless steel chains are pre-stretched to 30% of their breaking load to ensure reliable performance.
