RS PRO 20 Way Unscreened Flat Ribbon Cable, 25.4 mm Width, 25 m


Need a flat ribbon cable to connect data transmission devices? This 20-way cable from the RS PRO range provides a neat solution to mass termination and is commonly used with computers and audio and digital equipment.

The 25.4-mm wide unscreened cable has a pitch of 1.27 mm and is available in a length of 25 metres. The cable's seven core strands measure 0.15 mm² each (AWG 26). It will operate down to -20˚C without cracking the colour-coded PVC insulation and up to +105˚C without melting. The capacitance of 50 pF/m and characteristic impedance of 100 Ω make it suitable for transmitting data signals.

Conforming to the UL 1007 standard, this cable is suitable for general-purpose internal wiring of electronic and electrical equipment. Meeting the standards of ANSI/ESD S20.20:2014 and BS EN 61340-5-1:2007, it won't damage equipment through electrostatic discharge and is RoHS compliant on hazardous substances.
