RF Power Detectors, Linear Technology

The RF log power detector by LTC provides a DC output voltage that is log-linearly equivalent to its input power level. With its single ended RF input there is no need for an external RF transformer.
Similarly Linear Technology's RMS power family will detect outputs of a DC voltage that is linearly proportional to the log input power. The RF power detectors are highly accurate products and are used in RF power control for handsets and communication applications.
