3M™ Scotch Weld™ Epoxy Adhesive DP105 is a two part, rigid epoxy adhesive offering fast curing and machinability. It is a fast setting epoxy that cures at room temperature to form a rigid bond that cures clear for invisible bond lines.

Application Times
The mix ratio of the DP105 Epoxy Resin is 1:1 for a quick dispensing and with a 5 minute working time, so there’s some opportunity for repositioning of parts. The adhesive reaches handling strength after approximately 20 minutes and is fully cured in 48 hours.
