Eaton Residual Current Circuit Breaker With Overcurrent Protection, 1 Pole - EMCH Series - eRBM-32/1/C/003-A

Install this RCBO (residual current-operated circuit breaker with overcurrent protection) from Eaton on your distribution board or enclosure to keep electrical equipment and workers safe. Its thermal-magnetic mechanism means this safety device shuts off electricity as soon as an overload or short circuit is detected. The toggle switch makes it easy to disconnect a circuit for maintenance and reset the RCBO afterwards. The status of the breaker can easily be seen thanks to its red-on, green-off indicator.

• Type C trip makes it suitable for use in high-power circuits
• Suitable for standard DIN rail mounting for quick installation
• Compact size of 17.7mm in length and 76mm in width to take up minimal space on your distribution board

Is an RCBO better than an RCD?

Both types of circuit breaker protect people from serious electric shocks when there's a fault. An RCBO functions as both an RCD (residual current device) and an MCB (miniature circuit breaker) by detecting earth leakage as well as excess currents, to protect equipment from damage and staff from injury.
