Eaton Residual Current Circuit Breaker With Overcurrent Protection, 1 Pole - EMBH Series - eRBM-16/1/B/003-A

This RCBO (residual current circuit breaker with overcurrent protection) from Eaton is designed to deliver safe and reliable protection in electrical power distribution systems. An instantaneous break time prevents damage to equipment and injury to personnel. It accepts cables up to 25mm², which you can connect easily using the screw terminals – these are zinc plated for durability and resistance to corrosion. A handy test button makes it easy to check that this RCBO is in good working order.

• High trip sensitivity of 30mA prevents shocks
• UV (ultraviolet) resistant so doesn't deteriorate in direct sunlight
• Highly insulated to stop an internal electrical fault from becoming a fire hazard

What's the difference between a circuit breaker and an RCBO?

A circuit breaker only interrupts the flow of current after a fault has been detected. An RCBO like this one detects imbalances in a circuit and automatically cuts off all power before an injury or electrocution occurs. This means you won't be shocked if you touch live wires.
