Its durable nickel-plated brass material protects wiring from corrosion and direct impacts, so it's a robust choice for industrial settings. To minimise the risk of performance loss and damage to your wiring, the gland's low-resistance screen contact blocks interference from electromagnetic forces emitted by surrounding equipment. Thanks to an O-ring made from NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber), you can rest assured this unit can achieve a seal that remains tight without the need for regular maintenance.

Does this cable gland come with a locknut?


This cable gland doesn't come with a locknut. If you plan to use it with machinery that experiences regular vibration and want extra security, you can use LAPP's M32 thread nickel-plated brass locknut (839-5393).
