RS PRO Crimp Die Set, Terminal
Need to crimp terminals onto aluminium and copper cables but don't have access to a power supply? Choose this crimp die set from RS PRO. It's designed for use with the RS PRO Hydraulic Hand Crimping Tool (445-885), which uses hydraulic action to produce the force necessary to achieve a solid crimp.
The dies are suitable for use with wires with a maximum cross-sectional area of 70 mm². They meed electrostatic control standards in the United States (ANSI/ESD S20.20:2014) and Europe (BS EN 61340-5-1:2007), minimising the risk of damage to your equipment via electrostatic discharge. You can use this die set with flexible and stranded cables in telecom systems, panel building and utility services. The dies can be stored and neatly organised in the durable, moulded plastic case that comes with the RS PRO crimping tool.
