RS PRO Portable Induction Bearing Heater


A compact, lightweight and fully portable induction heater for bearings. The bearing heater is capable of heating bearings and other circular metal workpieces weighing up to 10kg and from 20mm internal diameter up to 160mm outer diameter.

The workpiece heater is silent when in operation and requires no support yokes or experience to use. Featuring integrated time and temperature controls with PTC (Predicative Temperature Monitoring) the heater enables automatic temperature monitoring of bearings and is defaulted to the standard 110°C to avoid bearing overheating.

With 8 different power settings and a maximum temperature of 180°C the portable bearing heater is efficient, fast and features automatic demagnetisation.

Supplied in a Compact carry case with a 3 pin UK mains lead and a 2 Pin EU power lead.
