Fluke 700G Series Pressure Gauge, 200 Bar Maximum Pressure Measurement, Black Dial - FLUKE-700RG29

This pressure gauge provides precision measurement for industrial pressure testing and calibration tasks. Designed for use with gases and compatible liquids, it covers negative vacuum to high-pressure conditions and is suited to field and workshop environments where accurate reference readings are required.

Features & Benefits

• 0.01% accuracy for positive range delivering high-precision readings
• ±0.04% accuracy of reading enabling fine measurement resolution
• G 1/4 and 1/4 NPT male pressure connection for broad compatibility
• 200 bar maximum measurement supporting high-pressure systems
• Cast zinc and aluminium case offering robust mechanical protection
• ATEX and CSA approvals allowing use in certified hazardous zones

**Applications**

• Suitable for calibration of hydraulic systems up to 200 bar
• Used for pressure validation in automation and process control
• Ideal for leak testing in pneumatic assemblies and valves
• Used with pneumatic or hydraulic test pumps for on-site checks
• Can be used for reference checks in electronics and instrumentation labs

What temperature limits affect measurement reliability?

The device is rated with a maximum operating temperature of 0 °C

temperature compensation is applied across a defined working range to maintain accuracy, and deviations outside specified limits require correction.

Which media are compatible with the wetted parts?

Media must be compatible with 316 stainless-steel construction

gases and liquids should be non-corrosive and, above 1000 psi, non-flammable, non-toxic, non-explosive and non-oxidising.

How is data logging supported for remote measurement events?

The instrument can store logged pressure readings for later download when used with compatible logging software and a communication cable to transfer events to a PC.

What burst pressure capability does the gauge offer for safety planning?

Specific burst pressure varies by range

for the high-pressure variant shown, burst resistance is rated up to 10,000 psi (690 bar), enabling safe selection for many test scenarios.

Note

The 700G gauges can be combined with the 7588920 (700PTPK) or 7588926 (700HTPK) pump kits, available separately, for a complete pressure testing solution for up to 600psi with the PTP-1 pneumatic pump and up to 10,000psi with the HTP-2 hydraulic pump. Up to 8493 pressure measurements can be logged to memory using 7588923 700G/TRACK logging software (available separately).
