The STMicroelectronics IC are monolithic 4-channel drivers featuring very low RDS(on) and per-channel diagnostic. The ICs, realized in STMicroelectronics VI Power technology, are intended to drive any kind of load with one side connected to ground. Active channel current limitation combined with thermal shutdown, independent for each channel, and automatic restart, protect the device against overload.
