This cable is made of a flexible outer sheath of durable silicone elastomer that means it safe to use at temperatures ranging from -60°C to +180°C. Part of our tried and tested RS PRO series, this cable can withstand extreme heat or cold without any cracking or melting. It has an outer diameter of 9.5 mm, a cross-sectional area of 2.5 mm² and comes in a length of 50 metres.
This cable meets a number of international safety standards and has been stringently tested to ensure its effective performance as a stranded copper-conducting cable (IEC 60228, Class 5) that's flame retardant (IEC 60332-1) and halogen-free (IEC 60754-1), so it won't release toxic gas in the event of fire.
