Reliably control airflow with this pneumatic solenoid valve from IMI Norgren. Its 3/2-way function lets you control single-direction pneumatic systems and vent excess pressure. As the valve can handle operating pressures between 2 and 10 bar, you can adjust the airflow to suit your application. A nitrile rubber seal keeps water out to prevent actuator failure, while the aluminium housing is corrosion-resistant to further protect your device in damp conditions.

You can easily mount this valve to a DIN Rail or manifold system, so it's a convenient option.
How does this solenoid valve work?
This valve uses electromagnetic force to operate. As it's in a normally closed position, electricity passing through the solenoid coil generates a magnetic field that lifts a ferrous metal rod and moves the spool to open the valve. When the electricity is shut off, the spring actuator returns the valve to the NC position.
